What will I receive?
One downloadable .xlsx workbook with Quote, Jobs and Guide tabs, in English. There are no macros, subscriptions or external data connections. The price is US$12 before applicable taxes. Once checkout opens, Lemon Squeezy will provide the download after successful payment and through your receipt.
Which spreadsheet app does it use?
The file uses the Microsoft Excel .xlsx format. Its calculations have been checked in LibreOffice Calc 26.8, including custom prices, refunds, date boundaries and incomplete entries. Testing directly in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is still pending; use LibreOffice Calc for the tested calculation workflow.
Is contribution the same as final profit?
No. Contribution is collected revenue minus the job costs you enter. Include an appropriate share of overhead in your inputs. The workbook does not automatically calculate taxes, payroll obligations or every cost of running your business.
Can I use my local currency?
Use one currency consistently. The currency label can be changed; the workbook does not convert currencies.
What does the license cover?
Use and customize the workbook internally for one business. You may not resell, share or redistribute the template itself. Your own business records remain yours.

Refunds and support
Once sales open, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing quietledgerstudio9@gmail.com with your order number. If a file is missing or a calculation appears incorrect, contact us with the worksheet name and a fictional example. Please do not send customer records or payment details. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy. This policy does not limit applicable consumer rights or Lemon Squeezy's own refund decisions.
Purchase terms
This is a digital spreadsheet for internal use by one business. No physical product or custom bookkeeping service is included. You may customize your copy, but may not redistribute or resell the template. Keep a backup of your records and check your inputs before using a quote. The template does not guarantee earnings or replace tax or accounting advice. Payment processing, receipts and digital delivery will be provided by Lemon Squeezy when checkout is enabled.
Privacy
This page has no advertising trackers, newsletter forms or customer accounts. Hosting is provided by Cloudflare, which may process technical connection data under its privacy policy. If you email Quiet Ledger Studio, we use your email and message to answer your request. We do not sell that information or add you to a mailing list.
When sales open, Lemon Squeezy will process payment and order information under its privacy policy. Order information made available to us will be used for delivery, support, refunds and required records. We do not ask you to send card or bank details by email.
